The Blue Lake Springs Mutual Water Company (BLSMWC) was formed in 1962 to service the residents of the Arnold area. The current number of hookups is around 1700 and serves a population of 3400.

We have four full-time employees who are available during business hours. If you have to call the emergency phone number (209) 795-7030. This is a pager to the person on-call, who will get back to you as soon as possible.

BLSMWC meetings are held on the second Saturday of the month at the Snowflake Lodge. Please call for more details.
